Kerman brings a proven expertise in rapidly re-energizing sales activity for low-performing real estate assets. In 2001, he improved sales for stalled communities in Georgia and Florida with a combined property value of more than $200 million. Kerman is an expert in condominium sales and marketing and has worked on hundreds of new construction condominium projects across the US, and worldwide.
